How Atlas Trails looks after the details you send through this website. Short version: they are used only to answer you and organise your trip.
Who is responsible
Atlas Trails, Imlil, High Atlas, Morocco, Morocco, is responsible for your details. This website is built and hosted with Rihla, which stores them for Atlas Trails and never uses them for itself.
What is kept
When you send a request or book a trip: your name, email, phone if you give it, your dates, the number of travellers and your message. Nothing is kept when you only visit.
Why
- to answer your request and organise your trip;
- to send you the emails about your booking;
- to take a deposit, if you choose to book online (paid with PayPal, directly to Atlas Trails).
Your details are never sold, never shared for advertising, and you will not be added to a mailing list without asking.
Who else handles them
Only the services that run this website:
- Supabase: the database, sign-in and photos.
- Vercel: hosting the website.
- Resend: sending emails (sign-up, requests, bookings).
- PayPal: deposits, paid directly to the agency.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask Atlas Trails to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to hello@atlastrails.example. In Morocco, you can also turn to the CNDP, the data protection authority (cndp.ma).
